Questions
How long does it take to learn the handstand?
That depends on where you start and how often you train. Kolibi doesn't promise a date: after four sessions over at least two weeks it shows a time range for your skill goal, based on your own progress.
What equipment do I need for the handstand?
No equipment. Your bodyweight and a bit of floor are enough, plus a free wall where a step uses one.
Where do I start with the handstand?
With Wall Handstand, aiming for 20 to 45 seconds. If that is still too hard, build strength with Elevated Pike Push-ups first.
Does Kolibi build the handstand into my plan?
Not automatically. Set it as your skill goal or add the steps from the catalog, and Kolibi tracks every step and suggests the next one when you hit your target.
