Tuck Front Lever: How to Do It and When to Progress
- Intermediate
- Pull-up bar
- Rings

How to do it
Hang from the bar or rings with an overhand grip, arms straight. Pull your knees to your chest and press the bar toward your hips with straight arms until your torso is horizontal beneath it. Hold the position, your back may round slightly.
Target range
Aim for 8 to 15 seconds in each set.
Ready for the next step
When you reach 15 seconds in every set, you are ready for the next level: Advanced Tuck Front Lever.
Where it fits
Step 1 in the Front Lever progression, which runs from easier to harder. This progression builds on Feet-Elevated Inverted Rows.
Train every step with Kolibi
Kolibi starts exactly where you are and grows with you, level by level.
